NAPPA is the first initiative of its kind in NEVADA. And it started right here with you.

In 2013, the Smith-Mundt protections were repealed, making it legal for the U.S. government to run psychological operations on its own citizens using federal agencies, paid influencers, and now, AI-generated content to manipulate public perception.
They use your tax dollars to push fear.
They rewrite history in real time.
They shape elections and you’ll never know who pulled the strings.
This isn’t conspiracy. It’s statute.
And Nevada has no firewall to stop it.
