🗓️ FIRST 100 DAYS AS GOVERNOR

Real actions. Real authority. No politician fantasy.

Most politicians use “First 100 Days” as a wish list.

I won’t.

This page is not about what I hope the Legislature might do.

It’s about what I can actually do as Governor of Nevada using the powers of the office:

  • Executive orders

  • Appointments

  • Audits

  • Oversight

  • Transparency

  • Enforcement of existing law

When I win, Nevadans will be able to hold this page in one hand and my actions in the other and say:

“Did he do it or not?”
That’s the point.

🚀 DAYS 1–30: TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR GOVERNMENT

Fix what the Governor already controls.

✅ 1. Executive Order: Full Transparency Dashboard

From Day One, every executive-branch agency will be ordered to:

  • Publish monthly spending reports

  • Disclose all active vendor contracts

  • List all grant recipients and amounts

  • Post board & commission meeting attendance

If your money is being used, you get to see where it goes.

✅ 2. Statewide Efficiency & Waste Audit

I will direct internal audits of:

  • Major education agencies

  • Public safety & corrections

  • State-level water and resource agencies

  • Governor’s own offices and programs

These audits will not sit on a shelf.

They will be summarized and published so Nevadans can see:

  • What’s working

  • What’s wasting

  • What needs to go

✅ 3. Freeze & Review New Regulations

On Day One, I will:

  • Freeze pending non-emergency regulations coming from executive agencies

  • Review new rules that raise costs, slow permitting, or tie the hands of counties and small businesses

  • Cancel or revise regulations that hurt Nevadans without truly protecting them

We don’t need more red tape.
We need better results.

✅ 4. Replace or Reassign Failing Agency Leadership

Where the Governor has appointment authority, I will:

  • Replace directors who’ve failed the public

  • Promote competent people who serve Nevadans, not party machines

  • Set clear performance expectations: transparency, responsiveness, and measurable outcomes

Bureaucrats who treat Nevadans like an inconvenience will have a very short shelf life in my administration.

🛠️ DAYS 31–60: FIX SYSTEMS, NOT SYMBOLS

Change how the machine works.

🧾 5. Create the Office of Government Waste & Accountability

I will establish a lean unit inside the Governor’s orbit whose only job is to:

  • Hunt waste, fraud, and abuse

  • Investigate suspicious contracts and sweetheart deals

  • Coordinate with the State Controller and Auditor

  • Publish monthly public reports of findings

If someone is misusing your money, they won’t just fear an internal memo.
They’ll fear Nevadans reading the report.

📚 6. Executive Directive: School Transparency Mandate

Without changing curriculum by decree, I can demand transparency.

Within the first 60 days, I will require state-level education authorities to push districts to publicly post:

  • All curriculum and software vendor contracts

  • All consulting contracts tied to “equity,” “DEI,” or political content

  • Discipline policies

  • Staffing ratios and admin bloat

  • Basic performance metrics for each school

Parents should not have to dig through five committees and three PDFs just to find out what’s being taught and who’s getting paid.

⚖️ 7. Prosecutor & Public Safety Performance Reporting

I cannot fire district attorneys or judges.
But I can shine a light on performance.

Within the first 60 days, I will order the collection and publication of:

  • County-by-county conviction rates

  • Declined-to-prosecute rates for serious crimes

  • Average time from arrest to disposition

  • Repeat-offender statistics

Every Nevadan will be able to see which parts of the state are protecting victims and which are protecting repeat offenders.

No more hiding behind titles and robes.

🛡️ DAYS 61–100: SECURITY, SAFETY & SOVEREIGNTY

Start shifting Nevada’s long-term trajectory.

🌄 8. Launch the Nevada Land & Water Review Commission

Using the Governor’s appointment power, I will create a commission tasked with:

  • Mapping federal vs. state vs. private land holdings

  • Identifying federal agreements that can be renegotiated

  • Reviewing how water rights and resources have been pledged or leveraged

  • Producing a public report with options for counties and the state

This is how we start moving from federal dependency to Nevada sovereignty, with facts, maps, and options on the table.

🚨 9. Statewide Emergency Preparedness Review

As Governor, I will oversee the state’s emergency management and National Guard coordination.

In the first 100 days, I will:

  • Review wildfire, flood, and disaster response plans

  • Run readiness checks and tabletop exercises with key agencies

  • Work with counties to identify fatal gaps in communication and resources

  • Publish a simple, public Emergency Readiness Summary for Nevadans

Nevadans deserve a state that prepares before disaster, not just shows up for photo ops after it.

🗳️ 10. Enforce Existing Election Law, No Excuses

I don’t need new laws to enforce the ones we already have.

Within the first 100 days, I will:

  • Order compliance audits of election procedures in coordination with the Secretary of State

  • Require chain-of-custody reporting for ballots where law already demands it

  • Identify vulnerabilities in signature verification, ballot handling, and observation

  • Publish a public Election Integrity Findings Report, county by county

This isn’t about relitigating the past.
It’s about making sure every Nevadan trusts the next election.

⭐ ONGOING COMMITMENTS DURING THE FIRST 100 DAYS

These aren’t one-time actions, they’re habits I will establish from the start.

🎥 Weekly Governor Update

Every week, Nevadans will get a public briefing where I walk through:

  • What actions were taken

  • What we found in audits and reviews

  • Where your money went

  • What’s changing next

You shouldn’t have to guess what your Governor is doing.
You should be able to watch it.

🗺️ 17-County Rotation Promise

From the start of my term, I will follow a simple rule:

“If I govern you, I visit you.”

I will maintain a rotation where every county gets regular in-person time, not just during election years.
Notes, concerns, and reports from those visits will go into the public ledger.

🧾 The Public Ledger

Everything above will feed into a simple idea:

A Governor who can be audited by his own people.

The Ledger will track:

  • Actions taken

  • Orders issued

  • Counties visited

  • Reports published

If I fall behind, you’ll see it.
If I deliver, you’ll see that too.

🎯 WHY THIS 100-DAY PLAN IS DIFFERENT

Most First 100 Days plans are written to impress donors and media.

This one is written so Nevadans can say:

  • “Yes, a Governor can actually do that.”

  • “Yes, I can see if he did it.”

  • “Yes, there are receipts.”

No fantasy.
No excuses.
Just a Governor using every legal tool he has for Nevadans, not for a party machine.
