A: Absolutely not. If you’re a registered Nevada voter, your voice matters. This is about Nevada, not parties.
Q: Will this hurt real conservation efforts?
A: No. It strengthens them by kicking out D.C. bureaucrats and restoring control to Nevadans who actually live here.
Q: Is this anti-federal government?
A: It’s pro-sovereignty. The Constitution grants states rights it’s time we started exercising them without asking permission.
Q: What about public services funded by federal land leases?
A: Under NLSARA, 100% of profits stay in Nevada not siphoned off to Washington lobbyists and backroom deals.
Q: Can the federal government block this legally?
A: They’ll try. And they’ll lose. We’re building legal firewalls, constitutional reinforcements, and a citizen-led legal defense team to protect every inch of Nevada.

A: Through a combination of legislation, civil injunctions, state enforcement agencies, citizen watchdog panels, and if necessarythe Supreme Court. We will fight this to the end.
